Spotter provides a motorsport setup tracking service that helps drivers and crews manage setup changes by session and event. The Service includes tools for storing setup presets, session collaboration, checklist tracking, and related team features.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Spotter name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Spotter and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

User Conduct

Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. To request deletion, please contact us at support@spotterdrift.com. Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days. This process is irreversible.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spotter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
