To help us resolve your issue on the first reply, please include:

• Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.2)
• The Spotter app version, shown on the app's settings screen
• The email address on your Spotter account
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one

Getting Started

Create a track day, add your car and its setup, then invite your crew. Spotter keeps tire pressures, suspension geometry, track conditions, checklists, and the full change history for a session in one place, so everyone is working from the same numbers.

Joining a Crew

Crew invites are shared as a link. If Spotter is installed, opening the link on your phone takes you straight into the session. If it isn't, the link opens a page on this site with the invite code and a button to install the app. Install it, reopen the link, and you'll join the session. Invite links are tied to a single session, so ask whoever runs the session to resend one if yours has stopped working.

Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Spotter account and personal data at any time by emailing support@spotterdrift.com from the address on your account. Requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days. Deletion is irreversible: setups, sessions, and change history tied to the account cannot be recovered afterwards.

Privacy and Permissions

Spotter asks for location access only to fetch weather and track conditions for a session. You can decline or revoke it in your device settings at any time; the rest of the app keeps working, and you can enter conditions by hand. Service Status

If sessions won't sync or you can't sign in, check status.spotterdrift.com before writing in. Any ongoing incident will be posted there.

Feedback and Feature Requests

Spotter is built with input from drivers and crews who use it at events. If something is missing or gets in your way, send it to support@spotterdrift.com. It goes to the same inbox and we do read it.
